To claim, send us the refusal notice within 30 days. We refund to the account you paid from within 30 days. Each product or licence in the quotation is covered separately, and the guarantee is written into every quotation.

Common questions
Which approval does my product need?
It depends on the product, and some need both Thai FDA and TISI. Send photos and the label for a free check and we reply with a list.
Who owns the registration?
The Thai FDA notification or TISI licence is issued in the name of the Thai importer that files it. If you have your own Thai company, we file in your company's name as your authorized representative, so the registration stays with your business.
Do I need a company in Thailand?
The applicant must be a Thai-registered importer. If you do not have one yet, we explain the options that suit your sales volume.
What if my factory's documents are incomplete?
We send the list to your factory in Chinese and follow up until it is complete before filing.
What happens if an application is rejected?
If an officer asks for corrections, we revise the documents and resubmit at no extra charge. If the approval is not issued, our money-back guarantee refunds 100% of the service fee for that item, under the conditions in the Pricing section. Government and laboratory fees already paid are not refundable.
