Rules for every product
- Products sold in Thailand need a label in Thai. Other languages may appear as well, but they must say the same thing as the Thai text.
- No law prescribes one template. Each law lists the required items; the layout and design are yours.
- For most products a Thai sticker on the original package is accepted, if it is applied before sale and does not cover required information.
- Claims on the label must match what was notified, registered or licensed.

Sticker or printed label?
A sticker is the usual choice for a first shipment, because it can be applied in the Thai warehouse once the notification or registration number is issued. Plastic food containers are the exception: the resin symbol and the temperature range are moulded into the item, and the TIS mark and QR code are applied at the factory.
How we prepare a Thai label
- You send the original artwork and product information.
- We list every required item for that product and translate the text into Thai (3–5 working days).
- You receive a Thai draft, as a sticker or full artwork, with an English back-translation to check.
- Once the number is issued, we add it and send the print-ready file (1–2 working days).
Fee: 2,500 THB per product, excluding 7% VAT. Printing and sticker application are quoted separately.
This guide is a summary. The rules for each product are checked when we prepare its label.
